Sharing a room
Our bathroom is finally looking like a bathroom!
This picture was taken before the tub was cleaned and after Kenner was able to play in a while...note his favorite toy left in there.
This is after Cepek Custom Services taped, mudded, stained, and coated the floors. Don't they look amazing? It is finally looking like a bathroom. The other side of the tub will have the same design. Casey has it in the garage. He did that so that he would be able to get to the jets underneath if they had any trouble with it.
Our vanity will go by the window and shower.

We love you Uncle KK
Hey Uncle KK
We love you and are praying for you! We hope the doctor's at the Mayo Clinic can find out what is making you have troubles.
We will be waiting for you so we can go play ba boll with you!
Show me your muscles
Kenner's new trick that he learned from Aunt Kelli Burkey: Show me your muscles..
This picture makes me laugh so hard...because I wanted to take a picture of him showing me his muscles at his level. He is mirroring me! I am bent at the knees to get down on his level. Once I said, Show me your muscles, he bent his knees and showed me his muscles. What a nut!

Like Father like son
Hmmm...has Kenner observed some one else doing some of the same things he now enjoys doing as well. Like:
eating hershey's kisses out of the candy basket. Oops Dad! You forgot to put the basket back up above the refridgerator. Some one found the basket and helped themself to 4-7 hershey's kisses. "Oh no! She caught me!" Kenner is thinking.
Hey mom! Just reading the latest edition of the Handy Man magazine. I did see my dad reading this earlier in the evening. I need to catch up on the latest innovations...so I can help my dad even more than I already do. I do things like take the hammer (which daddy didn't put up high enough) to the most expensive new Pella window in our bathroom. Good thing mommy was just around the corner and heard the first pound and was there to catch the hammer before the next one.
Relax and watch some hoops with my mom. Yes Kenner did get his own blanket and was not posing! I caught him in the act. It was hillarious to see it all transpire. Note: Daddy does not suck on a pacifier when relaxing in his recliner.
Ahh! This is the life!
Time to go to bed Kenner. Note: Immediately when I said that, Kenner curled up in a ball and pretended to go to sleep. See the sneaky little eyes peering up at you? NOT AT ALL TIRED!

our first cream pie
My mommy and I decided to take my dad's bet on with full force. My dad bet my mom that she couldn't make a meringue pie without burning the meringue.
We'll show my dad! Of course, my mom couldn't have done it without my help of reading the directions.
Look at our pie dad...
Yum yum! Dad thought we did a good job!

One of the greatest moments of a working day
This is the scene that I get when I leave from the daycare in the morning and when I get to daycare after a long day. Three bright and shiny faces saying goodbye or welcoming me! You feel like a real celebrity when they are all awaiting your arrival. The frantic waves of "That is my mommy!" are always fun to see too!
Kenner (with stolen pacifier and ball of course) 19 months, Zach 16 months, Delaney 22 months

Spring cleaning
It was so nice this week, so we decided to get outside. We took Bullseye for a walk. Only to find that Kenner loves him in the pen, but outside the pen he gets knocked over. We will work on that! Then it was time to get out his car. It was in daddy's shop all winter and needed a bit of spring cleaning. So Kenner and I washed, waxed, and put a spot free rinse on it (or just washed in real life:). Look at Kenner and mommy go!
Big boy bath time
Kenner: Hey look who is sitting up with me mom...Patton.
Patton thinking: (what is he going to do next: splash me with water, throw a blinking quack quack at me, or try to pick me up?)
Kenner: Hmm...now that he is sitting up, I might be able to pick him up. UGH! No luck
Patton: My big brother always tries to pick me up and he can't! Ha ha ha

Look who's 4 months old!
Hey guys - Patton here! I have survived 4 months, along with the rest of my family. My mom has managed to go to the hospital 3 out of the 4 months that I have been alive. This last time with kidney stones. I think my brother and I need to give her a break these days. I look like I am sitting up in this picture, but it is deceiving. My mom is holding me up. I can sit up for about 2.2 seconds.
As you can see below, I am getting this "rolling over from tummy to back" thing down pretty well. So well in fact that I didn't even stay on my tummy long enough for my mom to get a good picture of me with my head up. I am getting strong neck muscles...thanks to the exersaucer!
Here I am showing you my sucker side. Aren't I adorable? I think so!
Because I can't stay on my tummy long, my mom decided to prop me up on a pillow so that I could show her a big smile on my tummy. Boy was she wrong! I love to eat things that are nice and kooshy!
Uh Oh! I think my brother is up! I gotta get in my mom's arms or he is going to smash me like a pancake. I will blog later...maybe when I am 5 months old!

Mmmm! I love birthdays!

This is the way we clean our house on a snowy morning (tune to This is the way we...do things through the week song)
This is the way I vaccum my house, vaccum my house, vaccum my house, This is way I vaccum my house on a snowy morning. (yes the vaccum is actually running, which he turned it on by himself!)
This is the way I clean our cupboards, clean our cupboards, clean our cupboards, This is way I clean the cupboards on a snowy morning. (STEP 1: I open the doors to the handy dandy cupboard and take one item out at a time)
This is the way we stack the snacks, stack the snacks, stack the snacks. This is way we stack the snacks on a snowy morning. (STEP 2: Put all the snacks from the cupboard and line them up along the counter)
This is the when my mommy says, "Put them back!" "Put them back!" This is when my mommy says "Put them back right now!" (STEP 3: I put them all back in the cupboard without any problems. The volunteer to clean the cupboards at least two times a day!)
This is the way I clean the floor, clean the floor, clean the floor. This is the way I clean the floor on a snowy morning. (with a Mr. Clean sponge I might add!)

It is so nice to have a big helper around the house! If you ever need your house cleaned....just give me a call and I would be glad to bring him over:)

Look how much I have changed and grown!
Here I am at grandma and grandpa Kenner's house when I came home from the hospital.
(1 week old)
Here I am after I lost all the hair on the top of my head. No that isn't a typo...I lost all the hair on the top of my head first.

(1 month old)
Here I am at 1 1/2 months...I still didn't want to smile yet.
YEAH! Look at my smile! I am a cheese ball!
(2 months) Now I can giggle and smile! I think it is so funny when my brother finds my leftover bottle and tries to feed me. He is so funny!
